Terms
Last updated 28 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Raisen. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@raisen.org.
The service
Raisen provides AI-run voice interviews for practice, benchmarking and hiring screens. Raisen is free during beta, with fair-use limits on how many interviews you can run each day. We may change limits or introduce paid plans; we will tell you before anything you use starts costing money.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure.
- Benchmarks must be taken by you, without help or scripts read aloud. Scores found to be obtained unfairly may be removed.
- Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, and no content that is unlawful or abusive.
Hiring teams
- You must have a lawful basis to invite candidates and process their data, and you must tell candidates how their interview will be used.
- AI scores are an aid to human review. You agree not to make hiring decisions based solely on Raisen scores.
- You’re responsible for the questions you add and for complying with employment and anti-discrimination law.
Your content
You own your recordings, answers, resumes and decks. You give Raisen permission to store and process them to provide the service. We don’t use them to train AI models.
Scores and feedback
Scores and feedback are generated by AI and may be imperfect. They reflect one structured interview, not a person’s overall ability or a guarantee of any outcome.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Raisen is provided “as is” during beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will let you know before they take effect.
