This page explains, in plain language, what Raisen collects, why, and what control you have. Questions: hello@raisen.org.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, and anything you add to your profile (role, city, links).
- Interviews: the audio of your interview, the transcript, and the scores and feedback we generate.
- Resumes and decks you choose to upload.
- Usage data: pages visited and features used, so we can improve the product.
How we use it
- To run interviews, score them, and show you feedback.
- For hiring teams: to show a company the screening interview you completed for their role. Only that company sees it.
- To keep the service secure and to prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data, and Raisen does not use your interviews to train AI models.
Who can see your interviews
- Practice sessions are visible only to you.
- Benchmarks are private until you choose to share one. You decide what a shared page shows and can unpublish it at any time.
- Screening interviews are visible to the hiring team that invited you. They see your answers, recording and scores. AI scores support their review; a person makes every hiring decision.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run Raisen: Supabase (database, storage and sign-in), ElevenLabs (the voice interviewer), Anthropic (scoring and feedback), and Cloudflare (hosting). They process data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. Our voice provider deletes its copy of interview audio after 30 days. Hiring teams may keep screening results for their recruitment records. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, interviews and recordings.
Your rights
You can download or delete your data at any time from Settings. You can also ask us to correct anything, or contact us with any request about your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how pages are used.
Changes
If we make material changes, we will tell you by email or in the product before they take effect.
